How do I clean and maintain my HydraPak reservoir?

Most of our reservoirs are reversible for easy cleaning. Simply turn it inside out, wash with mild soap and water, or place it on the top rack of your dishwasher. Ensure it is completely dry before storage to prevent mold.

What is the Beyond™ Lifetime Guarantee?

We stand by our craftsmanship. If you experience any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Are HydraPak products BPA and PVC free?

Yes, all of our bottles, reservoirs, and flasks are 100% BPA and PVC free, ensuring your water stays clean and tastes fresh without harmful chemicals.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for athletes who need their gear sooner.

Can I put hot liquids or freeze my HydraPak?

Our products are designed to be frozen or filled with hot water (up to 60°C / 140°F). They are built with durable TPU to handle extreme temperatures without cracking or leaking.

What is your return policy for unused gear?

We offer a 30-day return window for any unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and receive a shipping label.
